Yewande is an Experienced Environmental Social and Governance Advisory Manager. She has over 11 years cumulative experience researching and working on transformational projects for various organisations at Board and Top Management levels, co-creating ideas and supporting to achieve desired Sustainability and Governance change. These include a broad range of services such as Corporate Sustainability Strategy and Framework Support, Implementation Support, Sustainability/ESG Reporting and Assurance, Waste Management Advisory, Carbon Emission Advisory, Impact Assessment, Corporate Governance, Capacity Building etc. Her industry experience covers Financial Industry, Energy/Renewable energy, Tech-enabled Businesses, Agriculture, FMCGs, Telecommunications etc. Yewande has a Master’s degree in Food Processing and Storage Technology and she is a Full Member of the Nigerian Association of Sustainability Professionals of Nigeria. She has garnered various ESG-related certifications including ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems) Lead Auditor and ISO 26000 (Social Responsibility) Lead Implementer, among others. She has also facilitated several awareness and capacity building workshops for board directors and senior management of commercial banks and other financial institutions on ESG and corporate governance etc. She shares knowledge at corporate events on sustainability and climate change matters, contributing her thoughts and sharing her experience at various think-tank and insight sessions.
