Kehinde Ayeni is the Executive Director of LEAP Africa, where she spearheads initiatives aimed at youth leadership, empowerment, and social development across Africa. With a focus on digital transformation and sustainable business practices, she drives LEAP’s mission to foster young leaders and support socio-economic progress, aligning with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Kehinde oversees programs, research, and strategy, ensuring LEAP’s impactful contributions to African communities.
With over 15 years of experience in leadership, operations, and communications, Kehinde has earned recognition for her work, including being named one of the “50 African Women Making a Difference in Development” by Donors for Africa in 2020. She was also a 2021 Praxis Nonprofit Accelerator Program Fellow and has led various leadership programs advocating for gender equality.
Kehinde holds a degree in Geography and Education from the University of Ilorin, an Executive MBA from Lagos Business School, and certifications in sustainability and advanced skills.
